C IAPTER 138.
AN ACT to amend an act, enttited An act requiring trustecs, &c., to execute
bond In certain cases, approved March 2d, 16.
Be it enacted by t/i General Asscnbj of the Gommonwealth
of Kentucky:
That an act, entitled  Al act requiring trustees, &c., in  ,1 s a.^ta,
certain eascs, to execute bond, be amended in this : That '~O* p09
all trustees who have accepted their trusts since the 2d
day of May, 1860, and who have not executed bond and
taken the oath, as prescribed in the act aloresaid, be allowed
the further tine of sixty days, from and after tie passage  Time given to
of this act, to execute bond and take the oath, as therein execute bond,
prescribed; and all such trustees shall be theu qualified as
if the act aforesaid had been strictly pursued; and all acts
of any such trustees heretofore done, shall be legal and
valid, as if the bond had been executed and the oath taken
as required by said act.

CHAPTER 139.
AN ACT to change the time of holding the Greenup quarterly court.
Be it enacted by the General A sembbj oJ the Commonwealt  of
Kentucky:
§ 1. That the terms of the Greenup quarterly court shall
commence on the 3d Monday in March, June, September,
and December in each year, instead of the time now fixed
by law.
§ 2. This act shall take effect from and after the 1st day
of April, 1861.
