CHAPTER 300.                          1860.
AN ACT to amend the charter of the city of Newport.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth
,f Kentucky:
§ 1. That the city council of the city of Newport shall City council-

§ 3. The president of the council shall preside at the  President to
