AN ACT to repeal the law prohibiting the importation of slaves into this State.
/   Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth
of Kentucky:
That article second of chapter XCIII, of the Revised

CHAPTER 1131.
AN ACT for the benefit of chartered Cemeteries.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth
of Kentucky:
That the chartered cemeteries of this Commonwealth
are hereby exempted from taxation for State revenue.

CHAPTER      1133.     .
AN ACT to regulate the sale of Spirituous Liquors.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of
Kentucky:
§ 1. That hereafter no person shall sell to any white per-
