1860.   within and around said grounds; said marshal and his as-
sistants shall have the power to remove all drunken persons
from said grounds, and to arrest all persons who are guilty
of riotous or disorderly conduct, or who are found defacing
or destroying the property. of said association,' and take
them before any justice of' the peace in Kenton county to
be dealt with according to law.
§ 10. That the stockholders in said association may, at
May change their first meeting, as provided in this act, or at any annual
name of associ-
ation.  c  meeting thereafter, change the name of the association, or
they may, by resolution, authorize the president and direct-
ors to make such change; and said association shall, under
the new name, have all the rights and privileges herein
conferred, and shall be subject to the same liabilities and
responsibilities as if no change had been made.
§ 11. That this act shall take effect from and after its
passage.

CHAPTER 785.
AN ACT for the benefit of the Sheriff of Lawrence county.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth
of Kentucky:
§ 1. That Robert Esom, late sheriff of Lawrence county,
be allowed the further time of two years from and after the
passage of this act, to collect all arrearages of taxes, fee bills,
and county levies, which are in his hands uncollected; and
that said Esom be allowed to place said taxes, fee bills,
and county levies in the hands of any sheriff,'deputy sher-
iff, or constable, of Lawrence county, for collection, at any
time within the period aforesaid; and shall be liable for
issuing illegal fee bills as noW prescribed by law: Provided,
That the said Robert Esom shall give bond with security,
to be approved of by the clerk of the county court, or cir-
cuit court, conditioned to .comply with the laws in relation
to illegal fees, &c.
§ 2. This act to take effect from and after its passage.
