1860.    part of this act, except so far as they are local in their ap-
..plication, or come in conflict with the foregoing or succeed-
ing sections of this act.
§ 6. That the said road shall be graded at an elevation
not greater than four degrees; and that rates of toll on
said road shall be the same as are allowed to be charged'
by section 3, chapter CII, of the Revised Statutes-title,
Turnpike and Plank Roads; and that said company shall
have the power and right to erect two toll-gates on the
same, and. charge full toll at each gate, notwithstanding
the road may not be ten miles in length.

CHAPTER 658.
AN ACT for the benefit of George W. Carter, late Sheriff of Woodford.
county.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth
of Kentucky:.
That George W. Carter, late sheriff of Woodford county,
be allowed the further time of two years from and after
the passage of this act to collect his fee bills and arrears
of taxes and 'other fees due him as sheriff aforesaid, and
may distrain for the same, subject to the rules and regula-
tions as now govern other officers in collecting fee bills,
taxes, &c, : And provided, That before the said sheriff shall
avail himself of the benefits of this act, he shall execute
in the clerk's office of Woodford county court, a bond with
security, to be approved of by the clei'k, conditioned that
he Will be amenable to the laws inflicting fines for issuing
or collecting illegal fee bills and taxes, and making unlaw-
ful levies.

CHAPTER 659.
AN ACT to reduce-into one the several acts relating to the town of Bradfords-
ville, Marion county.-
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commoniwealth
of Kentucky :
§ 1. That the present corporate limits of the town of
Corporate Bradfordsville, as shown on the map of the trustees of said
limits,    town, and also all grounds within one quarter of a mile of
the center of said town, shall constitute the corporate
limits of the town of Bradfordsville; and it shall be the
duty of the trustees of said town, on or before the first day
of July, 1860, to cause-a map or plat of the several lots of
