No one but a member of this corporation shall be eligible to the office of trustee of the same. § 12. This act shall take effect from its passage. Approved February 18, 1860. CHAPTER 372. AN ACT to amend the charter of the town of Hodgenville. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Comnmonwealth of Kentucky : § I.
