1856.    Road Company, by amended act, approved February, 14,
1835, and all the provisions of said act are hereby revived
and made part hereof, except so fir as they are local in
their application, or come'in collision with the foregoing
sections : Provided, also. That the Treasurer of this com-
pany shall only be required to execute bond, in such sure-
ty and penalty as the President and Directors may pre-
scribe, and that the work on said road shall commence in
good faith, on or before the first day of January, 1858.
§ 8. This act shall take effect from its passage.

CHAPTER 628.
AN ACT changing the boundary of certain election districts in Clarke
county, and to change the voting place in District No. 5.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth
of Kentucky:
§ 1. That the boundary line between voting districts
numbers five and six, in Clarke county, commonly called
Germantown and Pinchem districts, be so changed as fol-
lows: commencing on Two Mile creek, near Thomas J.
Quisenberry's, including said Quisenberry and Ezekiel
and Joseph Reed, in the Germantown district, and run-
ning down said Two Mile creek to its mouth, leaving
thomas and James Ogden in the district number six, call-
ed Pinchem; and that the voting place in district number
five, called Germantown, be changed to the house of
William T. Bush, on Four Mile creek.
§ 2. That the boundary line between districts number
four and number five, in said county, be so changed as to
include the dwelling house of James Stonestreet, in dis-
trict number four, called McDonald district; that the
boundary line between districts number four and number
seven, be so changed as to include the dwelling house of
James P. Gay, in district-number seven; and that the
boundary line between districts number five and number
seven, be so changed as to include the dwelling house of
John Bean, in district number seven.
