CIIAPTER 726.                          1856.
AN ACT to amend the law in relation to guardians.
Be it enacted by the General Assemblj of the Comnanwcalth
qf Kentuck/ :
§ 1. That hereafter, when the security of a guarilian   Rev.stat. 374.
wishes to be released, as such, ho shall apply to the County  sarety or guar.
Court in which he entered security, having first given iis las. be r
principal reasonable notice of his application. The Cout
shall, thereupon, rule the guardian to give a new bond
with sufficient security, and on his failure to do so remove
him and appoint a new     guardian, or a curator if it be
necessary. If a guardian shall give. new     bond when
ruled to (1o so by the Court, his former security shall not
be bound for any act of his thereafter.
§ 2. If a guardian be removed, as directed in the pro-     Ircourt r
ceding section of this act, the court shall require him to  move guardian,
settle the accounts of his ward, and deliver over the     be etted.
estate to the person who may be apppointed in his place;
and the court shall have power to make such other orders
for the release of the security and preservatior, of the
estate of the ward as may be just and proper.

CIIAPTEr 727.

Be it enacted by the General Assemblj qf the Commonwealth
of Kentiicy:
§ 1. That the proceeds of any sale made under the pro- Nov. star. 59j.

proceeds of the sale of lands and slaves of infants in
possession.
§ 2. If the infants who are required to be made parties    intent non.
