Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kenturlqy: That all laws authorizing the establishment of billiard tables, bowling saloons, and Jenny Lind tables, in this State, be and the same arc hereby repealed. (a) Approved March 10, 1856. CHAPTER 720. AN ACT to amend the law In relation to crimes and punishments. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of J~entuclky: § 1. That the third section, of.the seventh article, of Uo,.Slat. . chapter twenty-eight, of the Revised Statutes, be amend- ed as follows: If any person, whether white person, free Po0any for negro, or slave, or other person, wilfully and unlawfully burnig wago), 9 buc. W burn any wagon, cart, or other vehicle, loaded or unloaded, with intent to destroy said vehicle or the matter with which the same may be loaded, such person shall be punished in the same manner as prescribed in said third section for the offenses therein specified: Provided, That if the ollender be a slave, he shall be punishled by any number of stripes not exceeding one hundred. § 2. This act shall take effect from and after its pas- sage. Approved March 10, 1856. CHAPTER 724. AN ACT to amend chapter 7, section 1, of the Revised Statutes.
