CHAPTER 593.
AN ACT supplemental to the act in relation to billiard' tables, bowling sa-
loons, and Jenny Lind tables.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Coramonwealth
of ]RenducIcy :
That the act, entitled, an act to repeal all laws to li-
cense billiard tables, bowling saloons, and Jenny Lind    sasn aed untit
tables, passed at this session of the General Assembly, lit U1rCh, 1857.
shall not apply to any person already licensed, until the
first day of March, 1857.

C[HAPTER 602.
AN ACT for the appropriation of money.
lie it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth
of Kentuc/lr :
§ 1. That the following sum  of money, not otherwise
appropriated, be paid out of the public Treasury, to the
several persons named and entitled to the same, to-wit:
1. To tile Speakeri of the Senate and House of Rep-      speakers.
resentatives, six dollars per day, each, during the present
session.
2. To the Clerks of the Senate and House of Repre-       Clerks.
sentatives, ten dollars per day, each, during the present
sessioni, an,l for fourteen days, each, after the close of the
session, in preparing the acts'of the General Assembly for
publication, and arranging the papers.
3. To the assistant Clerks of the Senate and House of
Representatives, eight dollars per day, each, during the
present session.
4. The Auditor is authorized to draw his warrdnton the  Extraelerkhire.
Treasurer, in favor of tile Clerks of the Senate and House
of Representatives, fbr the amount of the compensation
for extra clerk hire, to be estimated by said clerks.
5. To the Sergeant-at-arms of the Senate and House        Sergcan-a-
of Representatives, five dollars per day, each, during the
present session.
6. To the Door-keepers of the Senate and House of Door-keepera.,
Representatives, five dollars per day, each, during the pre-
sent session.'
7. To Thomas J. Helm, late Clerk of the House of Late derk,.R.
