menced on the second Monday! of F ebruary and Augus
and continue, each, twelvejuridical days.

CHAPTER -05,
AN ACT to change the time of holding the Quarterly Courts in the counties
of Barren and Monroe.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of thw Commonweadth
o Kentuckyj:
That hereafter the Quarterly Court in Barren county

courts in Bafron  shall commence on the Tuesday after the third Monday
and Monroe.  in February, May, and August, and on the first Monday
in December; and in Monroe county on Tuesday after
the fourth Monday in each month in which said c ourt ii
now required by law to be held.

CHAPTER 206.
AN ACT to change the time of holding the Owsley Quarterly Court.
Be it enacted by tlc General Assembly qf tke Commonwealth
of Kentucky:
That from and after the passage of this act the Quar-
Quarterly terly Court of Owsley county shall, be held upon the
courtin Owsley. Tuesday after the second Monday in the months of Janu-
ary, April, July, and October in each year.
Approved February 27, 1856.

liquors.

under iis or her control,  any spirituous, malt -or vinous..
