1854.    is hereby authorized to issue his warrant on the treasurer
for the sum of one hundred dollars in favor of Thos. Ter-
rill, of Ballard county, for arresting Abner Bone, in the city
of Nashville, and bringing him to Ballard county for trial
for a felony committed in said county.

CHAPTER 765.
AN ACT for the benefit of R. Logan Wickliffe.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth
of Kentucky, That R. Logan Wickliffe may, on or before
the 15th day of April next, register with the clerk of the
Nelson county court the two negroes imported by him in-
to this state in July 1853 ; and such registration shall be
as effectual as if done in compliance with the existing
statute in such cases made and provided.

CHAPTER 767.
AN ACT to authorize the trustees of the town of Russellville to convey ti-
tle of streets to John B. Bibb.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth
of Kentucky, That the trustees of the town of Russellville,
in Logan county, be and they are hereby authorized and
entrusted with full power and authority to convey to John
B. Bibb the streets running between lots Nos. 18, 19, 21,
24, 26, 27, and also Nos. 20, 28, 19, 27, 24, 26, 25, 23, and
41, in Samuel Gray's addition to said town.

CHAPTER 769.
AN ACT for the benefit of the Sheriff of Caldwell county.
§ 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Common-
wealth of Kentucky, That the judge of the Caldwell coun-
ty court be and he is hereby authorized and directed to
stay a judgment rendered against Charles F. Jenkins,
sheriff of Caldwell county, and Jno. F. Kelly, his surety
in his official bond, at the February term of said county
court for this year, for the sum of three hundred and fifty-
five dollars and ten cents, and costs of proceeding-which
judgment is in favor of the paymaster of the 84th regi-
ment Kentucky militia, and was rendered for a failure of
said sheriff to make return in due time last fall of his de-
linquent list of muster fines for said regiment; and it shall
