1849.      SEC. 3. That the names of Sally A. Dunaway, Perry
Dunaway, and Amanda Dunaway, be changed to those of

CHAPTER 496.
AN ACT for the benefit of Milly Walker, of Fleming county.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth
of Kentucky, That it shall be the duty of the Fleming
County Court, at their next March, April, or May term, of
said Court, to make an order for the support of Milly
Walker, of said county, in some private family, and appro-
priate a sum, not exceeding fifty dollars a year, as the said
Court may deem necessary, for her support, to be paid an-
nually, as other claims upon the county are paid, and to
such person as the Court may appoint to receive and apply
the same.

CHAPTER 497.
AN ACT for the benefit.of Charles H. Stutteville, late Sheriff of
Grayson county.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth
of Kentucky, That Charles H. Stutteville, late Sheriff of
Giayson county, and his deputy, William E. Cunningham,
have the further time of three years, from and .after the
passage of this act, to list, for collection, with the acting
Sheriff, or any legally authorized Constable of said county,
their fee bills and arrearages of revenue tax and county
levies; and such acting Sheriff, and Constables, may levy
and collect the same as though they had been listed with
them for collection within the time prescribed by law.

CHAPTER 498.
AN ACT for the benefit of Nathan Butler, and Addison Carneal, of
Todd county.
SEC. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Common-
Butler.   wealth of Kentucky, That Nathan Butler, of Todd county,
be and he is hereby permitted to bring into this State, a
woman slave named Sophia, about twenty six years old,
and her children John, Jesse, and Hannah, without incur-
ring the penalty of the law of 1833, to prohibit the im-
