Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Com- monwealth of Kentucky, That the legal title to all the lands deceased tvested within this State, belonging to Charles Carter, deceased, (a in administra- tor, and he au. free man of color,) late of. the county of Boyle, at the time thorized to sell of his death, be and the same is hereby vested in A.
