thereof, shall be and is hereby declared null and void, other-
wise to remain in full force and virtue.
SEC. 13. That all laws now in force within the county of case.paling
Clarke, coming in conflict with the provisions of this act,
shall be and the same is hereby repealed.
SEc. 14. That the third section of this act shall apply to
the road law of Trimble county.
