shall not be holden on that day, then the Board in office shall
order a meeting to be held at the earliest practicable day,
first giving fifteen days public notice of the same, in the
same manner as before prescribed in the fourth section of

SEC. 11. That all acts, or parts of acts, coming within the
purview of this act, be and the same are hereby repealed.

AN ACT for benefit of William T. Long, of Clinton county.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of
Kentucky, That William T. Long be, and he is hereby au-
thorized to import into this State, a negro girl named Mary,
from the State of Tennessee, any law to the contrary not-
withstanding: Provided, the said Long shall, within sixty
