Courts of said county, in the years 1833, 1834, 1835 and 1836; and it shall be the duty of the officer, with whom they shall be listed, to collect the same as fee bills in force are collected: Provided, lwwever, that, before listing for col- lection, said fee bills, it shall be the duty of said Draper to go before the County Court of said county, and file a list of the said fee bills, and make an affidavit that they have not been collected by him, and that he has paid the amount thereof; and the said Draper shall be subject to the same proceedings, pains and penalties, that the Clerk would be for any fee bill or bills, listed by him under this act, that may have been improperly issued, or paid off by the person against whom issued. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, That Benjamin Collins, of Bullitt county, be and he is hereby restored to all the right and privileges of an unmarried man. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, That Eliza Turner, be and she is hereby di- vorced from her husband, Samuel Turner, and restored to all the rights and privileges of an unmarried woman. WHEREAS, it is represented to the present General Assem- bly, that, some years since, Maria Young; who was the wife of John Young, of Hart county, died, leaving two infant daughters, viz: Kiziah E.
