SEc. 2. Said Chairman and Trustees shall hold their offices for one year, and until their successors shall have been elected and qualified; they shall take an oath before some Justice of the Peace, that they will faithfully and with- out partiality discharge the duties that may devolve upon them as Chairman and Trustees respectively, during their continu- ance in office.
