CHAPTER 263.
AN ACT for the benefit of the Sheriff of Mercer county.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth
of Kentucky, That the Sheriff of Mercer county shall have
the privilege of returning his delinquent list to the Second Au-
ditor, who shall allow a credit for the same as though ii were
returned in due time; having paid his revenue in full, and
through mistake, failed to return his delinquent list.

CHAPTER 265.
AN ACT for the benefit of M. M. Wall, of Logan county.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth
of Kentucky, That Moses M. Wall, of Logan county, be and
le is hereby authorized to bring into this State, from the State
of Tennessee, his negro woman slave named Rhoda, and her
two children, (Margaret and Reuben,) any law to the contrary
notwithstanding: Provided however, That he shall, within
sixty days after said importation, file his affidavit with the
Clerk of the Logan County Court, setting forth that the slaves
are for his own use Lnd not for sale or merchandise.

CHAPTER 266.
AN ACT to amend an act, entitled, on act for the benefit of Louisa Ann
Coleman, and Charles II. Kenner and Marcus M. henner, approved January
29, 1846.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth
of Kentucky, That an act, entitled, an act for the benefit of
Louisa Ann Coleman, and Charles H. Kenner and Marcus M.
Kenner, approved 29th January, 1S46, be and the same is here-
by amended, so that William M. Beall, the present husband
of Louisa Ann Beall, lato widow of R,bert Coleman, deceas.
ed, be and he is hereby authorized to join his said wife and
others in filing a bill or petition in the Christian Circuit Court
in pursuance of said act; and the same proceedings shall be
had, in all respects, as required by said act, substituting the
said Beall, the present husband of said Louisa Ann, in lieu of
said Robert Coleman, deceased.
Approved February 23, 1847.
