ecute a bond, in an adequate penalty, with good security, to  1847
be approved of by the Board of Trustees of said town, condi-
tioned faithfully to perform the duties of his said office of Town  Sergeant:

be made payable to the Trustees of Winchester, and their suc-
cessors in office.

AN ACT for the benefit of Philip Lightfoot and Isaiah Heston, late Sheriffs
of Breckinridge c,,:nty.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth
of Kentucky, That the further time of two years, from and
after the passage of this act, be allowed to Philip Lightfoot
and Isaiah Heston, late Sheriffs of Breckinridge county, to
collect their arrears of taxes, fee bills, and county levies, for
the years for which they were respectively Sheriffs of said
county of Breckinridge, in the same manner that SherifNh are
now allowed by law.
