CHAPTER 215.
AN ACT for the benefit of James Purvis, and others, of Green county.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth
of Kentucky, That the County Court of Green county may
make an allowance out of their county levy, of any amount
not exceeding sixty dollars per year, for the support of James
Purvis and his wife of said county; and may, in like mtnner,
make an allowance, not exceeding thirty dollars per year, for
the support of Walter Johnson, without requiring said per-
sons, or either of them, to be kept in the poor house of said
county; and it shall be the duty of said court to appoint some
suitable person or persons as Trustee or Trustees, whose duty
it shall be to receive all monies appropriated by said court for
the support of said persons, and apply the same to their spe.
cial use and benefit.

CHAPTER 216.
AN ACT to change the nnnaeof James Thomas to that of James Thomas Ir-
vin.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth
f Kentucky, That the name of James Thomas, of Muhlen-
burg county, he and the same is hereby changed to that of
James Thomas Irvin.
Approved February 17, 1847.
CHAPTER 217.
AN ACT for the benefit of the Sheriff of [still county.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth
of Kentucky, That Richard T. Benton, Sheriff of Estill coun-
ty, is hereby allowed until the first day of June next to make
out and return his delinquent list for revenue due from Estill
county for the year 1846.
