CHAPTER 7.
AN ACT for the benefit of Isabella Morton.
SEC. 1. Be it enacted by/ the General Assembly of the Com-
monwealth of Kentucky, That the name of Isabella Morton
be changed to that of Isabella Russell, and by that name she
shall hereafter be known and called.
Svc. 2. That it shall be lawful for the said Isabella to in-
herit and take, by descent, the estate of Willis Russell, a free
nan of color, in the same way and to the same extent as if
she were his lawful child: Provided, That the said Willis
Russell shall, in the County Court of Boyle, by an order on its
records, accept and consent to the provisions of this act.
