CHAPTER 469.
AN ACT io repeal in part, an act, entitled, an act further to provide for the
appointment of Patrolis in this Commonwealth, approved Feb. 18, 1841.
SEc. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Com-
monwealth nf Kentucky, That so much of an act, entitled, an
act further to provide for the appointment of Patrolls in this
Commonwealth, approved February 21, 1841, as provides that
no person skall be appointed a patroll in any county, who, at
the time of his appointment, is not a house-keeper, be and the
same is hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. Be it further enacted, That no person shall here-
after be appointed a patroll, in any county, who is not tempe-
rate and discreet.
