CHAPTER 242.                         1846.
AN ACT for the benefit of William B. Howard.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Common-
wealth of Kentucky, That the sum of eighteen dollars be atid
the same is hereby allowed to William B. Howard, being the
sum allowed by law for killing three wolves in the county of
Marshall; and the Second Auditor shall issue his warrant
therefor, whenever the certificate of a Justice of the Peace
for Marshall county shall be presented to him, certifyving that
the skins of the heads of three wolves shall have been pro-
duced before him, and that the said Howard has made oath
before him, that the three wolves had been taken and killed
in Marshall county.

CHAPTER 243.
AN ACT for the benefit of Joseph B. O'Rear.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealtk
of Kentucky, That it shall be lawful for the County Court of
Montgomery to pay Joseph B. O'Rear the sum of ten dollars
and ninety seven cents, the amount of a claim allowed him
by the Montgomery Circuit Court, for removing a lunatic,
who is a free woman of color, from Mountsterling to the
Asylum at Lexington; that said court may order the same to
be paid out of the depositum of said county, if there shall be
a sum sufficient unappropriated to pay it, and if not, said
court may levy the same at their next court of claims.

CHAPTER 244.
AN ACT for the benefit of certain Sheriffs.
SEc. I, Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Corn-  Time allow-

of September next, to make return of their several delinquent delinq't lists.
