son for six dollars, balance due him for actual expenses incur-
red in conveying a Lunatic to the Asylum at Lexington.

W11EREAS, It appears by the petition of James Angel, of
Whitley county, that, as one of the heirs of William King, of
Tennessee, he became entitled to the one half of a certain
slave named Lucy, and that he was compelled to purchase
the other half of one of his co-heirs; and the said slave bitIg

special act permitting it-therefore,
