1845                          CHAPTER -86.
AN ACT for the benefit of Hiram Begley.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth
of Kentucky, That Hiram Begley, deputy for Jeremiah Combs,
late Sheriff of Perry county, and deputy for William Begley,
Sen., late Sheriff of said county, have the further time of
twelve months to collect his taxes and fee bills, to which he
was entitled at the time he was deputy, as aforesaid, in the
boundaries of Perry county, at the time he was deputy.

CHAPTER 87.
AN ACT to incorporate the Trustees of the Centre Point Meeting House, in
Monroe county.
Si:c. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Com-
monwealth of Kentucky, That Hugh Kirkpatrick, Jr., Sam-
uel G. Trice, John H. McMillin, and Benjamin F. Bedford, be,
and they are hereby, constituted a body politic and corporate,
to be known by the name of the Trustees of the Centre Point
Meeting House, for the worship of God, in Monroe county,
and by that name shall have perpetual succession, and a com-
mon seal; and the said Trustees shall have power, on the
death, resignation, removal, or other disqualification, of any
of the Trustees, or their successors, a majority of those re-
maining concurring, to fill such vacancy or vacancies; and the
person or persons, so appointed, shall be vested with power
and authority as if named specially in this act; and by the
name of the Trustees of the Centre Point Meeting I-louse,
may sue and be sued, plead and be impleaded, in any court of
law or equity in this Commonwealth.
SEc. 2. That said Trustees, and their successors, shall have
power and authority to purchase a suitable lot or lots of ground,
not exceeding five acres, for the purpose of furnishing timbers
to the use of said meeting house, or for other purposes, to re-
ceive conveyances therefor, by deed orotherwise, which deed or
conveyances shall be subject to the laws of this Commonwealth,
as they now stand, upon the subject of conveyances.

CHAPTER 88.
AN ACT for the benefit of Constant A. Wilson, of Logan county.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth
of Kentucky, That Constant A. Wilson, of Logan county, be
permitted to import into this State a negro woman, named
Kentucky, and her daughter, named Florida, upon cordition
that he shall, within thirty days after such importation, swear
