&c., due as aforesaid, the Second Auditor shall cause this law  1843

CHAPTER 309.
AN ACT further to amend the law authorizing the sale of infants' real estate
and slaves.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth
of Kentucky, That in all cases where a sale of land or slaves
shall be decreed by virtue of an act vesting jurisdiction in the
Circuit Courts to authorize the sale of the real estate of infants
in certain cases, approved, February 3, 1813, or by virtue of
the act, approved 20th February, 1S36, to amend said act, it
shall be lawful for the said courts to order that the purchase
money, coming to an infant, in such instances, shall be laid out
in land or slaves, as it shall be deemed for the interest of such
infant; and for this purpose the court shall make all necessary
and proper orders and decrees.

CHAPTER 310.
AN ACT concerning writings in foreign languages.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth
of Kentucky, That all deeds and other instruments of writing
which may be recorded by the laws of this State, shall be in
the English language, else the record thereof shall not be deem-
ed notice to creditors or purchasers, as the record of other
deeds is deemed to be.
Approved, March 10, 1843.
