Sic. 2. Be it further enacted, That all that part of the said  1841
town lying south of Todd street, and east of Logan street, be,       -
and the same is hereby, excluded from, and is no longer to be
considered a part thereof; and all jurisdiction heretofore given
to the Trustees over the same is to cease.

CHAPTER 31.
AN ACT to amend an act, entitled, an act to amend an act to reduce into one
the several acts regulating the towns of Nicholasville and Versailles.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Common-
wealth of Kentucky, That the third section of an act, entitled,
an act to amend an act to reduce into one the several acts re-
gulating the towns of Nicholasville and Versailles, be, and
the same is hereby, repealed.
Approved, January 4, 1841.
CHAPTER 32.
AN ACT for the benefit of Thomas Prator, Committee for Josiah Prater.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Common-
wealth of Kentucky, That the Second Auditor of Public Ac-
counts be, and he is hereby, directed to issue his warrant on
the Treasurer, for the sum of thirty seven dollars, in favor of
Thomas Prator, Committee for Josiah Prator, an idiot, to be
paid out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appro-
priated.

CHAPTER 33.
AN ACT for the benefit of Benjamin H. Reeves.
WHEREAS, it is represented to this General Assembly, that,
by the last will and testament of George Cross, deceased, late
of Todd county, he bequeated to his wife, Virginia T. Cross,
her choice of the one-third part of his slaves, during her nat-
ural life, and some doubts are expressed whether such slaves
can, for any purpose, be removed out of the limits of this
State, without incurring a forfeiture of said slaves-for reme-
dy whereof,
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth May remove
of Kentucky, That Benjamin H. Reeves, who has intermar- dower slaves
