1840.     of voting from Greenville C. Alfred's, in Washington county,
to William Sutherland's, approved January 23d, 1840, be, and
the same is hereby repealed.

CiAP. 341.-AN ACT concerning the Lexington and Ohio Railhoad Company.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth
of Kentucky, That so much of an act, entitled, an act for the
benefit of the Lexington and Ohio Railroad Company, approv-
ed 15th February, 1838, as waives or postpones the lien of
this Commonwealth in favor of any new lien or mortgage au-
thorized to be executed by said act, be, and the same is here-
by repealed.
Approved February 17, 1840.
CHArP 342.-AN ACT supplemental to an act to establish the 17th Judiclil Dis-
trict.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth
of Kentucky, That it shall be lawful for the Clerks of the Cir-
cuit Courts of Anderson and Shelby counties to open and se-
lect, as provided by existing laws, from the list of Petit Jurors
selected for the February term of the Anderson Circuit Court,
and the April term of the Shelby Circuit, and to furnish to the
Sheriffs of said counties, the list of Jurors to be summoned,
and it shall be his duty to summon said Jurors to attend at the
next term of said court, as they are fixed to be held by the act
to establish the Seventeenth Judicial District; and said Jurors
shall attend at the time so fixed, and be governed in all re-
spects as though the terms of said courts had not been changed.
