the rights and privileges of an unmarried man.

Ouai. 169.-AN ACT for the benefit of Catharine J. Lloyd.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth
Kentucky, That the marriage contract heretofore existing
etween Catharine J. Lloyd and Thomas G. Lloyd be, and the
same is hereby dissolved, and said Catharine J. restored to all
the rights and privileges of an unmarried woman.

CsaiF. 170.-AN ACT to incorporate the Town of Chilhonsville, in Henry county.
Sl-c. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Com-
monwealth of Kentucky, That Charles T. Chilton, Berry Ellis,  Trustees ap-
pointed, and
George D.'Davis, Richard T. Bartlett, William H1. Elston, term of office,
William H. Waters, and George W. Moore, be, and they are and when to be
hereby, appointed Trustees of the town of Chiltonsville, (for- elected.
merly called Campbellsville,) in the county of Henry, and
shall continue in office until the second Monday in May, in
the year 1840; and at the expiration of that time, and on
the second Monday in May in every year thereafter, it shall
be lawful for the free white male inhabitants, over twenty one
years of age, of said town, to elect seven Trustees for said
town, who shall be citizens thereof-the Clerk of said Board
of Trustees giving ten days previous notice of the time and
place of such election.
Sc. 2. That the above named Trustees, and their succes-
sors in office, before entering on the duties thereof, shall take  To take an

form the duties of said office, and shall, before proceeding to &c.
business, elect one of their number to act as Chairman; and
shall, also, elect some qualified person as Clerk, who, after be-
ing duly qualified, shall remain in office until his successor
shall be elected; and it shall be the duty of said Clerk to keep
a record of the proceedings of said Board, and such other du-
ties as may, from time to time, be assigned to him by the
Board of Trustees.
SEc. 3. That the said Trustees, and their successors in of-  May make
fice, shall have full power and authority to make such rules, rules and by-
regulations and by-laws, for the government of said town, as law, &c.
