Sc. 5. Be it further enacted, That said Court shall cause
Money to be the money arising from a sale of said land to be well secured,
secured.    and shall have it so invested as to secure the regular payment
of the interest, and the ultimate payment of the principal, and
shall have the right to cause additional security to be given, at
any time the safety of interest or principal may require it.

CHAP. 94.-AN ACT for the divorce of Nelson Dyer.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth
of Kentucky, That the marriage contract heretofore existing
between Nelson Dyer and Sarah, his wife, be, and the same is
hereby dissolved, so far as relates to the said Nelson ; and he
is hereby restored to all the rights and privileges of an unmar-
ried man.

CHAP. 95.-AN ACT to amend the Militia Law of this State.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth

bears date the ninth day of August, one thousand seven hun-
dred and ninety seven, and is recorded, together with the plat
of said town, as laid out by said company, in the Clerk's office
