And the Second Auditor of Public accounts shall procure,
Blank forms from the Public Printer, a sufficient number of blank forms
to be printed,  for the Commissioners of Tax, in each county; and shall, an-
nually, forward the same to the Clerks of each County Court,
in time for the use of the Commissioners; and he shall have
the right, also, to procure and furnish to the Clerks, annually,
a sufficient number of forms for the copies of the Commission-
ers' books, which the Clerks are required to copy and forward
