Proviled, The provisions of thlis act shall also ext;nd to the
company to construct that part of the said road from Eliza-
bethtown, through the county of Hart, in a direction to Nash-
ville, and to Bell's, in lut re county.

CIAr. 429.-AN ACT to extend the limits of the town of Itichimond.
SEC. 1. Be it enarled bj the Gcnrral Alssembly qf A- Common-
tue th of Kentuckyj, That the western botundary of (he town of
Richmond be, and Ihe same is hereby extended so far as to in-
clide the dwelling housu- and lot of g'ouid now own(il by
William R. Ietcher; and that the easern boundary of said
town lie extended so far as to include the lot now used by said
town as a gra ve ya rd.
Si.. 2. B' it fur h'r enacted, That all persins Who may be
included within said boundary, shall ',e eatitled to all lie priv-
ileges of residents of said town, and ..hall also, togetoer with
the property so incli'ted, be sildj.:ct to ail the rules, ordinan.

SEc. :1. Be it farther enacted, That tlhe Trustees of said
town benuthorizd to assess, levy, and collect, aAnually, fur tie
