to pay debts,  court, setting forth the amount of the estate devised, and also,
shall exhibit a statcment, as fitr as they are informed, of the
outstanding debts against said cstate; whereupon, it shall be
the duty of tle said court to cause the accounts and transac-
tions of said executors to be settled; and if it shall appear that
an.y debt oi debts remain unsatisfied, whereby a sale of any
of the slaves or real estate devised will be necessary, it shall

CiHAr. 34.---AN ACT for the benefit of Andrew Surber.
Be it enarted hy tire Grneral A/ssembly of the Commonwealth
of Kentucky, That thc Auditor of Public Accounts be, and he is
hereby auihorizud ad required to issue his warrant on the
Treasurer, in favor of Andrew Surber, of Pulaski county, for
the sum of fifty dollars, for keeping and maintaining Henry
Surber, an idiot, tvelve months; and the Treasurer is directed
to pay the same out of any money in the Treasury not other-
wise appropriated.
Approved, February 17, 1837.

Be it enacted b'y the General .ssenibly of the Commonwealth of
entcic?, That the act, entitled, an act to provide for the ap.
pointment of Commonwealth's Attorneys, approved, February
25th, 1835, be, and the same is hereby continued in force for
the term of two years from and after the time fixed in said act
for its expiration.
