of Kentucky, That it shall be lawful for the administrator of Asaleofreal

be settled, and the whole personal estate applied to the pay-
payment of the debts, retaining the* slaves for the use of the
widow and heirs, and after ascertaining the amountof the debts
and the value of the real estate, may decree a sale of the land,
