Civr. 220-AN ACT changing a Precinct in Washington county,
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Corn-
monwealth of Kentucky, That from and aftter the pas-
sage of this act, the election precinct, heretofore held
at William G. Slack's, in Washington county, be,
and is hereby removed to William Hogan's, in the
town of Fredericksburg, Washington county, and the
original act is only repealed as to the location of the
precinct.

CHAP.  21.-AN ACT to amend an act, entitled, an act vesting
jurisdiction in the Circuit Courts, to authorize the  1c of the
real estate of infants in certain cases.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Com-
7nonwealth of Kentucky, That from  and after the
passage of this act, it shall and n-iay be lawful for the
respective circuit courts in this commonwealth, under
the same restrictions and provisions, and according
to the respective clauses of the act to which this is an
amendment, to decree a sale of real estate and slaves
of infants, held by devise, gift, or purchase, as fully,
and as amply, as they are by said act authorized to
decree a sale of real estate and slaves, to iniants des-
cended, and all provisions of said act to which this is
an amendment, are hereby extended to real estate
and slaves, to infants devised: Provided, That no
sale of land or negroes shall be decreed under this
act, in contravention of the will, deed, or contract,
under which said real estate and negroes shall be held
by said infants, nor until by the terms of said will,
deed, or contracts, said infants shall be entitled to
the possession of said real estate and slaves; and to
that end, the applicant for said sale, shall set forth in
his or her petition, the title of the infant in said real
estate and slaves is derived, and shall moreover ex-
hibit with the petition the will or other written con-
