CHAr. 202.-AN ACT for the benefit of George Calmes.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Com-
monwealth of Kentucky, That the marriage contract
between George Calmes and Elizabeth Calmes, be,
and the same is hereby dissolved, and that the said
George Calmes be restored to all the rights of an
unmarried man.
Approved, February 17, 1836.
CHAP. 203.-AN ACT to restore Philip King to the rights of an
unmarried man.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly/ of the Com-
monwealth of Kentucky, That Philip King be re-
leased from all the ties and obligations of the mar-
riage contract between himself and his late wife,
Louisa King, late Louisa lutchinson; and that he
be released from the penalties of a second marriage,
and restored to all the rights and privileges of a man
who had never been married.
