streets, and alleys, hereby added to said town, record-  18 6
ed in the clerk's office of the county court of
M'Cracken county, and the trustees are hereby
vested with the same powers andjurisdiction over the
addition hereby made to said town, as they exercised
and possessed over the same, as heretofore established.

CHAP. 175.-AN ACT for the benefit of the widow and heirs of
Nelson C. Johnson, deceased.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Com-
7nonwealth of Kentucky, That the further time of nine
months from the passage of this act, shall be, and the
same is hereby allowed to the administrator of Nel-
son C. Johnson, deceased, late clerk of the Ander-
son circuit and county courts; to sign and issue fee
bills, for fees due said decedent, as clerk aforesaid,
agreeably to the third section of the act, entitled,
an act to provide for the collection of fees of de-
ceased officers, approved January the twenty-sixth,
1814, which fee bills shall be governed, in all respects,
by the provisions of said act, as if they had been
signed and issued by said administrator, within the
time prescribed by' said third section.

CU A.. 176.-AN ACT to reduce into one the several acts regu-
lating the town of Nicholasville.

Src. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of limits defined
the Commonwealth of Kentucky, That so much of and described.
the county of Jessamine as shall be contained within
the following lines, to wit: a line parallel with the
main street of the town of Nicholasville, and four
hundred and thirty yards east thereof; a line parallel
with Main-cross street, and four hundred and thirty-
two yards north thereof; a line parallel with Main
street, and four hundred and thirty yards west
thereof; and a line parallel with Main-cross streetj
and four hundred and thirty-two yards south there-
of, and so extended, that the north and south lines
shall intersect with the east and west lines, at right
angles, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to
be the town of Nicholasville.
