SEC. 2. Be it further enacted, That the petitioners

aforesaid, enter into bond in open court, in the Camp-
bell circuit court, with sufficient security, payable to
the Commonwealth of Kentucky, conditioned for the
true and iaithful payment of all and every sum and sums
of money received by them by virtue of any sale or
sales of any tract or tracts aforesaid, to the creditor
or creditors entitled thereto, according to law; which
bond may, from time to time, be sued on by any cred-
itor or creditors, or other person aggrieved, in the
name of the Commonwealth, until the condition there-
of is fully satisfied.

CHAP. 541.-AN ACT to appropriate Money.
Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the General Asscmbly of the
Appropriations Commonwealth of KIntucky, That the following sums
made to-   be paid out of any money in the treasury not other-
wise appropriated, to wit:
Speakers of the  To the Speakers of the Senate and House of Rep-
of Rep.    resentatives, four dollars per day each.
Clerk of the S.  To the Clerks of the Senate and House of Repre-
and H. of R.  sentative,, sixty dollars per week each.
Sergeant at   To the Scrgeant-at-Arms of the Senate ard Ilousc
arms.      of Representatives, twenty-one dollars per week each.
Door keeper.  To the Door-keepers of the Senate and Iouse of
Representatives, twenty-one dollars per week each.
A. M. Wiggin-  To A. M. Wigginton, Assi'tant Clerk of the House
ton.       of Representatives, thirty dollars per week during the
present session.
S.I.M. Major.  To Samuel I. M. Major, Assistant Clerk of the
House of Representatives, from the 20th January till
the close of the session, thirty dollars per week.
B. R. Pollard.  To Benjamin R. Pollard, Assistant Cleik of the
Senate, thirty dollars per week during the present
session.
W. B. Hole-   To William B. Holeman, for furnishing water, ma-
man.       king fires, &c. for House of Representatives during
the present session, six dollars per week.
