of incorporation of said company, as to land over
which said turnpike road passes: nind upon pa ryment

])irectors, and their successors, for the use aforesaid:
Provided, That the dwellihg-house, out-house, yard, 1'rovih,.
garden, or orchard, or any part thereof, of any pcirson
whatever, shall not be condemned to tie use of tie

thirteenth, fourteenth, sixteenth, seventeenth, eigh-
teent h, nineteenth, twentieth, twenty-first, twenty-se-
cond, twenty-third and twentty-lifth sections of the act,
approved the 13th day of February, 1828, entitled,
an act to incorporate the City of ILouisvi~le, and the
first, second, third and fifth sections of an act, enti-
tied, an act to amend an act to incorporate the City of
Louisville, approved Decemher 23d, 1831, shall be,
and the same are hereby, revived and continued in
force, with the limitations and restrictions, and with
the powers hereinafter enacted; and that the present Mayor and
Mayor and Council of the City of Louisville shall Council to con-
hold their respective ollices until the second Monday tilluC in office.

Sec. 2. Be it .further enacted, That the boundary of Boundary af
