OHAP. 171.-AN ACT for the .benefit of Stephen Lnugford.
Be it eniacted by It  General Assembly of the Com-
morvcalth of Kcirtucky, That Stephen Iungford, of
Pulaski county, tIe allowed two years from the plss-
age of this act to survey, in one or more surveys, and
carryIinto grant, one thousand acres of any of the va-
cant lands in the counties of Pulaski or Laurcl, with-
in live mides of the salt-well lie is now boring, at the
price of live dollars per hundred acres, under an act
called the Salt-water Law.

woman now advanced in years by the name of Sabre,
left to them by the will of i'lizabeth Prince,deceased,
and apply the procceds of the sale in the purchase of
two young negroes, one (or each of said heirs, as a
means of d-ividing said slave.
