1833.      &ec. 4. Be itfurther enacted, That an electionmpre-
cinct shall be, and the same is hereby, established in
Graves precinct tile county of Graves, to be holden at the house of
Henry Fulgham.
Sec. 5. Be it farther enacted, That an election pre-
Henderson pre- cincl shall be, and the same is hereby, established in

called and known by the name of the Big Bend of the
Ohio, to be called and known by the name of the Big
Bend precinct, and said election shall be holden at 1h

Sec. 6. Be it fhrllir cnactCd, That the county courts
Judges, &c. of of the counties of Woodford, Gravvs, Whitle3 and
election to be  Ilenderson shall appoint judges and a clerk to the
appointed,polls
conpared, c, elections to be hel in each precinct established by
this act, who shall he governed, in all respects, b the
laws now in force governing elections. And it shall
be the duty of the sherifl attending the eleiotions in
said precincts, to meet and compare the polls at the
time and place. in vach of the aforesaid counties, now
designated by law for the comparison of polls.

Whereas, it is represented to this General Assem-

llopkinsand ,lizabetll !lo.lopki ns(late Smith) his wife,
Tabitha 0. Smith, Alary J. Smith, Robert T. Smith,
David II. Smith and Susan A. Smith, tie last live of
whom are inlhnts under tile age of twenty-one years,
are entitled by jmtrchase to a joint and equal interest
in the Ibllowing described property, to-wit: A tract of
land in Henderson county, in lot number twenty-eight
in Hrenderson & Co's. grant, containing live hundred
and f)rly-three and three-fourth acres; also, a tract of
twenty acres, being ten acre lots, numbers one and,
two adjoining the town of liemderson, and formerly a
parl thereof; in whichsaid tracts of land, when divid-
ed, the shares of said infiants will be too small to be
mald'  vailable, by renting or otherwise, in their sup-
. l-pqrt .:nd education; and also to five negroes, which
amit be dlivid(d in kind, there being eight grantees,
6adi one of whom is entitled to a share in them.
