CIHAP. 132.-AN- ACT further to regulate the town of, Spritngfild, in
Washington county.
Be it enacted by thew General Assembly of the 'Comn-
monzvealth of Kentucky, That the out lots in the town
of Springfield, in Washington .county, and the persons
residing thereon,;shall hereafter be subject to the rules
and regulations made by the trustees of said towtn,
and be subject to aRl ind every description of taxes
levied,by the trustees of saidtown' on the in lots and
citizens of said.town:--Provided,.hozvoter, Tie trustees
of'.said towfi shal not hae power to'levy, a tax on
any vegroes, horsesi or any othel taxable property that
may be in the possession of. any person living on the
said out lots, that said person may use for the cultiva-
tion or maintenance of his or her farm. All acts or
pai't of, acts contrary to'this act are hereby repealed,

CneA. 133.-AN ACT to permit the salt of two small- tracts of land
belonging to Nancy Duliiu an idiot.
*Whereas, it is jepresented t the presentGeneral
Assembly that'Nancy .Dulin  an idiot, iesiding in the
county of Spenceri and under the jurisdiction of the
Spencer.circuit coyrt,is the owner of a small tract of
land, containing only twenty acres, lying in sai4 coun-
tyw Wiich descended to said Nancy from her'father.%
