CHAP. 1 2 .-AN ACT to evalmge the town ot'Madisonville.  1833.
Whereas, it is represented to' tire present Gen-eral
Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that
sundry citizens of the county of Hopkins, living con-
tiguous to the town of Madisonvillk,and desirous 'of
having a portion of their lands added to said'town,
and having had the necessary streets and alleys laid
Mfr: Therefore-
Be it e   ,rn cf b ,y the General ./Jssembly of the Corn-
wonwealth of kentucky, That the lands included with-
in the boundaries herein described, shall he added to
and constitute a part of said town of Madisonville,
to-wit: beginning at the North-East corner of said
town, thence M~ast twenty-five poles to a stake, thence
South fifteen minutes East, one hundred and sixty poles
to a stake, thence Vest twenty-five poles to the South-
East corner of said town, thence beginning at the
South-West corner of said town, running thence West
forty poles to a stake, thence North one hundred and
sixty poles to a stake, thence East forty poles to the
North-West corner of said town.

CaAr. 130.-AN ACT to legalize the proceedings of the Court of As-
sessinent of fines of the 20thi Regiment of Kentucky Militia.
Whereas, it is represented Thiat the Court of As-
sessment for fines of the twentieth Regiment of Ken-
tucky Militia, by mistake, had their session on the last
Monday in October last, instead of the first Monday
in November, as they should by law have done:
Therefore,
Be it enaced by the General .ssrmnbly of the Com-
mowealkth of Ketuc y, That the proceedings of said
Court of Assessment, had at their said session in Oc-
toberiast, be and the same are hereby legalized.

at his death made and published his last will and tes-
tament, leaving a number of heirs, part of them in-
fants, part frme coverts, and part of full age; that his
land is not capable of a division, owing to the small-
iaess of the tract, (being two hundred and twenty acrest,
