A proved, Derember 21, 1829.
Ve it enackd by t!e General .lssembly of the Com-
mnweealth of Kentuci,,, That it shall be lawful for
the officei s of the firht regiment of Kentucky mi-
litid, forniing the court of astesswcnt for said re-
giinent, to reccive the deliuquemt list of Edward.
M. ilolden, their collector, anid allow' him a cre-
dit therefor, ii like manner as they would have
been hound to do had the delinquiit lit been re-
turifed within the time presLibLed by law.

demy to transfer aad conveyj the propej tT, both real and- -
pers:;nal, belongieg to said academy t) the trustees of
the Keniuckj Baptist Educatioa Society at George-
town, Scott county.

WIIEREAS  theKentucky Baptist Edlucation So-
ciety has been pernianently located at Georgetown,
Scott county, and the trustees thereof are now rear-
ing a college at said place: Therefore, for the l)ur-
pose of aitiiig the tr usteos in the'promotion of gen-
eral literature,
Be it eaacted by te General Iqs.etnbly of the Com-
Monwealth of  Ke,,tucky, That the tru.;tees of the
Rittenkouse A ademy, be, and they are hereby au-
thorized and invested with po\¢er to transfer and
convey, bv deed of conveyance, all or any lmrt of
the property heid by them, in their corporate capa-
city, to the said trustees of the Baptist Education
Society.
