1829.    mence on the first Monday in February in each year,
and shall continue six j(licial days, if the business
of said court may require it ; and that all suits and
motions set for trial at the January term shall stand
for trial at the February term, subject to the same
rules and regulations as if 'the court had set at the
January term; and that all writs and subpcenas made
returnable to the January term, shall stand returna-
ble to the February term, and have the same effect
as if they had been made rurnable to the Jan-
uary term; anti that all recognizances and pleas
of the Commontwealth shall stand for trial and be
returnable to the February term, in the same man-
ner as they would at the Jznuary term.
