SEc. 1. Be it enacled by the General Issembly of th
Commonwealth of IKentucky, That all persons recov.
Writs orfira ering any debt, damages or costs, by the judgment
or cligit may of any court of record within this Commoniealth,
may prosecute writs of Fierifacias or Eligit, within
the year, for taking the estate of the person or per-
sons against whom such judgment is obtained, in
manner following: Such writs shall run in the name
of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and bear teste
by the Clerks of the respective courts in which such
