CRAP. 69.-An act further to regulate the Cumberland Hospital.  1828.
Be it enacted by the General lssmbly of the Common-,
wealth of Kentucty, That the sdm of one thousand.

is hereby appropriated to complete the buildings of
the Cumberland Hospital, and purchase Hospital
stores, which sum may be drawn by the trustees of
said Hospital out of the public treasury.

CIHAP. 70.-An act to add an additional Justice of the Peace to
the county of Boone.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Com-
monwealth of Kentucky, That there shall be appointed
one Justice of the Peace, in and for the county of
Boone, in addition to the number now authorized by
law, who shall reside in the north east section of said
county.
