ers, until they shall be again demanded by the sher-

removal and and from the Ohio jail, shall be paid by Muhlenburg
kEeping to be county: and the County Court are hereby authorized
paid by the  and required to levy the same: and the jailor of Ohio

ers, in the same manner as provided for by law in

Be it enwctcd by the General Asuembly of thte Common.

;udge of the twelfth juaicial district to hold a special
,erm of the Garrard Circuit Court, to commence on
the third Monday of January, 83 , and continue as
long as may be necessary, for the trial of a certain
negro slave named Isaac, charged with felony, agree.
ably to the laws now in force. And should the said
judge be prevented from attending on said day, the
aid court shall stand adjourned for his coming, from
day to day for four days. And it shall also be the duty
of the attorney for the district, to attend said court,
.nod prosecute said slave for and in behalf of the Corr1-
,nonwealth.
