A r.mlution for burning a part of the notcv of the Bank of the Commonwealta
of Kentucky.
R'roh'ed iy the General .Jssembly of the Commonzwealth of Ken-
tucky, That the i'resident and Directors of the Bank of the Com-
monwealth of Kentucky shall.on or before the 4th Monday in Feb-
ruary next, in the presence of tho Governor, Auditor &Treasur-
er, proceed to count and cance), by burning, six hundred thousand
dollars, of the uotes most deficed and unfit for circulation, which
may be found in said Bank. And that they make special report
to the next Legislature, within the first week of their session.

and charged by him to the account of the Conunonwealth.

transported to the place of crection, and erected, at the cost of
this Commonwealth.
